Effective glucosamine dosage for osteoarthritis/arthritis/tendenitis cure:

Glucosamine HCl (HCI) dosage: 1500 mg
Glucosamine Sulfate dosage (NaCl): 2000 mg

Recommended daily dosage of glucosamine for therapeutic effect:

Dosage of Glucosamine HCI (HCl): 500 mg
Dosage of Glucosamine Sulfate: 700 mg

Typical dose of glucosamine chondroitin complex is:

for 3 weeks - 2 months: glucosamine 1500 mg and chondroitin 1200 mg
